Sizing Guide
Generally, 1 Pound of person/pet equals approx.
1 cubic inch of remains. For example, a 200 pound person would need a 200 cubic
inch urn or larger. However, if you have a certain size urn, most funeral homes
can make certain adjustments to accommodate that size urn, within reason.

The Bamboo Box Urn is made of renewable bamboo. It is ideal for storing your loved one’s ashes. This urn is maintenance free.

Bamboo reaches maturity within three to five years, versus 10-20 years for most soft woods. Bamboo is a viable replacement for wood and is considered an important renewable resource. Terrybear bamboo urns are made using Bamboo Nan, the most popular bamboo category used for construction and product design. The Bamboo Box features a bottom sliding panel for secure closure. This urn comes prepackaged with a plastic bag and twist tie.
